  57. Purchase orders (net 30 days) are accepted only from government
  58. and accredited educational institutions and major corporations,
  59. provided that they are submitted on purchase order forms with a
  60. purchase order number.  Please be sure to include the standard
  61. AntiGame order form with a purchase order.  Due to the extra work
  62. involved in processing purchase orders you are encouraged to use
  63. a credit card, CompuServe's SWREG registration service, petty
  64. cash, or an expense account when possible for small orders.

  69. One copy of AntiGame costs $59.99 + Shipping & Handling.  Each 
  70. copy may be used for detecting and cleaning games on one file 
  71. server and for up to 100 (one hundred) workstations connected to
  72. it.

  74. Examples: If 350 workstations are connected to two network servers
  75. containing AntiGame, a total of four copies are required. If 150
  76. PCs are connected to 20 file servers, a total of 20 copies are
  77. required.
